What is the process of obtaining a home inspection?
The first step to obtaining a home inspection with Vital Perspective is to book a date. You can do so on the website here or by reaching out to us via phone or email.
Upon receiving a projected time and date for inspection we will then reach out to you by phone and email to discuss the services you request, address of the inspection and the price.
After all information has been finalized we will send over a contract that has been written up specifically for your inspection. It will cover the scope of the inspection as well as an agreement of price for our services. The contract will be able to be signed digitally and must be signed prior to inspection.
When the day comes, we will be arriving at the address provided to do our inspection. We will look over the home, inside & out in order to document any concerns we see. We would encourage you to join us so that we can uncover what your future home has to hide.
After payment has been received we will organize our findings and photos into our report and have it sent off to you within 48 hours. One thing to note is that this inspection report is yours and no one else’s. So we will be sending a copy to and discussing its finding only with you. If you desire anyone else to have that privilege (ie. Mom, Dad, Uncle, Your Real Estate agent) you will need to let us know via email or during initial scheduling.
Then you’re done! The rest is up to you! We recommend fully reading the report and working with your Real Estate Agent on how to go about buying your dream home.
