Nathaniel Van Patten grew up in and around Colville WA and worked professionally in the fields of Roofing, Framing, Remodeling, Landscaping, Wood Stove & Chimney Installation. He received his Home Inspector training at the Washington School of Home Inspectors by Master Inspector Brandon and Sarah Bedsaul. After passing the courses and state testing he also obtained a license in Structural Pest inspection from the department of Agriculture. He works hard to provide for his wife, he loves his job and talking with clients about their future homes.
